!If The Compressor or air dryer or the filters are the first screw compressor / air dryer / filter experience of the user or user has never performed the PM required before, It is a MUST to have the first service of each item to be performed by any local compressor service company. If the first service is performed by the owner who has no previous experience on screw compressor / dryer / filter servicing, the product warranty may be void and additional charges to fix the product may arise.

!Service times may vary according to
• Ambient temperature,
• Ambient moisture,
• Contamination of abrasive chemicals and pollutants
• Cleanliness of the environment
• Power input quality.
Indicated periods are based on a clean environment and free from any dirt and pollutants at max 10%F (35C) ambient conditions. Please consult U.S. Air Compressor to decide correct periodicals according to each individual installation characteristics.

• Break in Service at
  • 500 hours or 3 months BREAK-IN Service – CHANGE OIL and FILTERS.

• Follow-up Periodical Services in every (hours or months, whichever comes first)
  • 1,000 hours or 2 months GREASE MOTOR BEARINGS (where applicable).
  • 3,000* hours or 12* months CHANGE FILTER KIT.
  • 3,000 or 12 months CHANGE OIL.
  • 12,000 hours or 48 months REPLACE COUPLING ELEMENT.
  • 15,000 hours or 48 months REPLACE FAN AND INTAKE VALVE.
  • 20,000* hours or 60* months REPLACE MOTOR BEARINGS.
  • 25,000* hours or 60* months EXCHANGE AIREND.

Service Schedule for /d series compressors.

• Break in Service at

  • 12000 hours or 48 months REPLACE COUPLING ELEMENT.
  • 15000 hours or 48 months REPLACE FAN AND INTAKE VALVE.
  • 20000 hours or 60 months REPLACE MOTOR BEARING.
  • 25000 hours or 60 months EXCHANGE AIREND.
  • 25000 hours or 60 months REBUILD INVERTER

US air variable speed drive compressors come with monitoring software that automatically tracks service intervals and sends timely maintenance reminders. These alerts help users plan service in advance and prevent unexpected downtime.
To receive notifications, the compressor must be regularly connected to the SmartCom app.
The service schedule gets updated when TWO-THIRD of the service interval has passed, giving users enough time to schedule maintenance.

Service Performed: At 500 hours (Oil & filter change)
