Type 3 Inverter Miscellaneous Errors

Error Shown Reason SmartCom
Error Code
Solution
OC1 Accelerate over current E62
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages,
  • Fix if there are any loose connection, terminals on the power input cables or feed cables the motor,
  • Increase Acceleration time
OC2 Slow down over current E63
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages,
  • Fix if there are any loose connection, terminals on the power input cables or feed cables the motor,
  • Increase deceleration time
OC3 Constant speed over current E64
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages,
  • Fix if there are any loose connection, terminals on the power input cables or feed cables the motor,
OU1 Accelerate over the voltage E65
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages,
  • Fix if there are any loose connection, terminals on the power input cables or feed cables the motor,
  • By-Pass Line reactor, test the compressor again. If Error corrected change or modify line reactor.
OU2 Slow down over voltage E66
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages,
  • Fix if there are any loose connection, terminals on the power input cables or feed cables the motor,
  • By-Pass Line reactor, test the compressor again. If Error corrected change or modify line reactor.
OU3 Constant speed over voltage E67
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages,
  • Fix if there are any loose connection, terminals on the power input cables or feed cables the motor,
  • By-Pass Line reactor, test the compressor again. If Error corrected change or modify line reactor.
LU Under-voltage fault E68
  • Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages.
LI The output phase E71 One of the input phases are missing. Check beaker, fuses, feed cable and connections. Phase may get lost momentarily. Inverter will be capturing the phase loss very fast and stop.
CE Abnomal communication E74
  • Check internal cabling for single inverter integrated drives,
  • Check rs485 cabling in between main inverter and fan inverter.Make sure connections are all fixed and there are no other wires connected to the communication ports.
RAY Abnormal contactor E75 Consult Us Air Compressor technical service
IE Current detection fault E76 Check inverter control board connection wires. If loose fix the wires or take of and clean the terminal and reinstall gently to make sure connector is properly installed
OUOC Inverter hardware failure E79 Consult Us Air Compressor technical service
GND Motor for short circuit fault E80
  • Check Motor feed cables and connectors are fixed and not short circuiting to ground, fix the wire or terminals loose.
  • Check if motor if burnt. Replace if motor is burnt.
PIDE / NNA PID feedback lost during running E84 Check pressure sensor and loose or cut wiring to the pressure sensor.

Type 3 inverter fan inverter errors

Error Shown Reason Solution
FoC1,FoC2,FoC3 Output short circuit
  • Check wiring to the fan. If loose or damaged or cut replace/repair/fix the cable,
  • Check the Fan(s). If damaged change the fan(s)
FUC1,FUC2,FUC3 Output short circuit
  • Check wiring to the fan. If loose or damaged or cut replace/repair/fix the cable,
  • Check the Fan(s). If damaged change the fan(s)
FoU1,FoU2,FoU3 Over voltage Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages.
FLU Under voltage Check Input voltages, if below or above limits correct input voltages
Flo Output phase loss
  • Check wiring to the fan. If loose or damaged or cut replace/repair/fix the cable,
  • Check the Fan(s). If damaged change the fan(s)
FJoL Inverter overload
  • Check wiring to the fan. If loose or damaged or cut replace/repair/fix the cable,
  • Check the Fan(s). If damaged change the fan(s)
FoH Inverter overheat Check procedure for OH
F-Co Communication error at fan inverter Check ribbon cable connection on the controller board. Plug them off and plug again. Make sure the terminals are properly connected.
