Emergency Stop /x series compressors

!Perform any service if;
• Person going to work on the compressor is certified,
• Compressor completely shut down and electrically isolated,
• All compressed air is discharged inside the compressor,
• Compressor is completely isolated from the compressed air system.

*Release the emergency stop. That should clear the error and compressor display returns the normal.

!In order to serve Us Air Compressor customers faster and better tin order to diagnose product related emails(subject or body part) or text message (body part of the picture sending not as a separate message) , compressor serial number must be written in the communication media.

If “Emergency stop” message is not cleared even though emergency button is reset,

1. Check wiring to the emergency button. Make sure wires are properly connected and there is no cut on the wire.
2. Emergency button is a normally closed contact. When emergency button is not pressed , the 2 terminals where wire is connected must be conductive. If it is not the case;
   • Take off the emergency button and clean the contacts.
   • Replace the emergency button.
