Before using the SmartCom app to control and check the compressor, appropriate bluetooth device must be selected from the settings menu. Identify which Bluetooth device is installed in your compressor. If compressor is equipped with type A bluetooth devices, pair the bluetooth first. Type B bluetooth devices does not need to be paired.

  • After clicking the button “Connect” at SmartCom app, button label changes to “Disconnect”. Till there is serial number shown, SmartCom app either is trying to communicate with compressor or trying to connect to Us Air Compressor Cloud services. Compressor will be completely connected once Serial number of the compressor is seen on top left of the SmartCom app and hours left to service showing a value or displays “Service overdue”. The complete connection may take up to a minute, depending on the internet connection speed and available socket at servers.
  • If serial number is shown as -1 diconnect or close the app completely and restart again. Try connecting till the serial number of the compressor is shown or “0” is shown instead of the serial number at the SmartCom app. If “0” is shown instead of actual serial number of the compressor, contact with Us Air Compressor service department.
