However, Us Air Compressor products as all other products, needs good care and periodical service with the correct parts on time in order to be able to stay at their best performance and last for 10 years as the day they are purchased. This is a commitment of Us Air Compressor and the buyer at the time of purchase.
In order to achieve high performance and keep the warranty promise for unlimited hours of operation for 10 years Us Air Compressor compressors are equipped with AI and multi level protection systems. Those systems are designed to ensure to help monitor and diagnose the compressor as well as ensuring the right timing of inspection or the service performed by the user.

Heating function

When air is compressed, if the temperature of the compressed air is low, water condensates.

If compressor is below certain running temperature, it is likely to have water condensation in the compressor oil circuitry. Water in the oil circuitry is going to cause corrosion and rust in the compressor all essential parts. The heating function designed by Us Air Compressor engineers prevent this function by basically keeping the compressor run at high loads till internal temperature of the compressor reaches to a safe temperature levels.

Running lower capacities at high working temperatures

High temperatures will degrade the lubricant quality and performance of the compressor. Compressor parts are aging exponentially faster as compressor inlet temperature gets higher. Compressor must stop at maximum 230 F (110C) to avoid excess damage.

The internal temperature of the compressor is very important factor at the compressor, lubricant and all other parts. If temperature reaches to 212 F (100 C) compressor systems reduces the compressor air delivery to maintain and cool down the compressor to normal levels. That way compressor will not be reaching the excessively harmful temperature levels and still can deliver good amount of air. Keeping the compressor working temperature below 212F (100 C) will increase the life time of the lubricant and the compressor considerably.

Monitor the conditions compressor is running into

When compressor is connected to SmartCom App, Us Air Compressor is automatically recording multiple values every 300ms to 600ms. Errors are captured and conditions are monitored before, after and during the error conditions. Such data is useful to predict possible future failures and understand the nature of the problems causing compressor to stop because of malfunction.

Protective mode function and trip mode function

Protection mode and trip mode will protect the compressor to last at peak efficiency for 10 years of operation. All the parts needed for the next 10 years of operation are known at the time of compressor purchase. Any other parts including expensive electronics are all covered under exchange warranty against manufacturing defects.

d series compressors are all equipped with monitoring functions for many input values to ensure the extensive durability of the compressor at the lowest operational costs. Hours left to service is shown by the SmartCom app whenever compressor is connected.
When compressor reaches to service time (may vary according to the compressor load at each interval in between two PM), compressor automatically shows E-50 or Err56 and goes into protected mode. If compressor is not serviced by the correct parts, compressor goes into trip mode and stops after 300 hours after designated the service time. Running the compressor above this point is going to seriously damage the compressor and cause expensive repair costs, At that moment, compressor goes into trip mode.
Protection mode and trip mode will protect compressor to last at peak efficiency for 10 years of operation and prevent expensive maintenance costs as well as downtimes.

Single layer protection system for /x series compressors;

Single layer protection system includes conventional temperature protection systems. The protections of multi layer system is not present at single layer protection system. The conventional high temperature, high pressure high current protections are maintained in single layer protection system for /x series compressors

Single layer protection system has warning function for PM periods at fixed 500 hours intervals. Single layer system does not follow the service maintenance times corresponding the compressor running hours. Warnings for PM must be reset manually within the next 500 hour after the last reset.

Single layer protection system can be reset easily by using Pin generator app by the user. In case of any break down, user is responsible to prove the PM services performed on time with the appropriate Us Air Compressor original parts in order to obtain parts under warranty.
