Compressors need periodical servicing. It is generally considered oil and filter change is the periodical service and everything else must be replaced or repaired when it fails. That is a completely wrong understanding when it comes to preventative maintenance (PM). There are other parts like valves, electronics, bearings etc. to be replaced on regular time interval to ensure no surprising down times.

It is possible to check the parts needed for the next service and order them through SmartCom app or by logging in to members portal at U.S. Air Compressor members portal. it is even possible to authorize system such that when the PM time is about to come, parts for each PM is automatically invoiced and shipped to the user.

Once all above is done, compressor 10 years warranty is valid and user is protected against any manufacturing or labor defects.
What is going to be used and when is not a mystery for the next 10 years of the compressors life. No surprises, no Sunday rush to find a tech to repair the compressor.
