Error Messages /d Series Compresors

!If there is an error pops up, compressor stops working immediately. Compressor will not keep running with the error shown on the display. The E and numbers next to E mean compressor is in protected mode and requires service. This is not an error. Service the compressor with the parts with Us Air Compressor OEM parts.

!In order to serve Us Air Compressor customers faster and better tin order to diagnose product related emails(subject or body part) or text message (body part of the picture sending not as a separate message) , compressor serial number must be written in the communication media.

Error message structure on Us Air Compressor /d serie compressor are as follows;

• E – XX (such as E-09, E -18, E-49, E-50),
• Err XX (such as Err56, Err 57),
• EXX (such as E18, e28),
• Combination of letters (such as H-OP, PT100, OC1, OU2, Phas)
  

!When compressor display shows EXX.XX such as E25.00, E35.00, E50.00 or many different values starting with E), this is not an error message. Error messages are shown only in the above formats. It is the warning indicating the service is overdue, or compressor must be connected to SmartCom app immediately. Check E50, Err56 error explanation for further detail and troubleshooting.
