If you do not schedule the service for your compressor, Your compressor will schedule it for you!

Compressors needs service on time and calibrations according to the time of the year or the place they are located. Collecting the physical values like voltage, ampere, pressure temperature as well as frequencies. Knowing when compressor is having issues at which day of the week and the time of the day. There are almost all issues, problems are rellated to the enviromnetal conditions where compressor is located. Even there is a slight, insignificant defect on the compressor may easily be triggered by whatever happens around.

There are many inputs to the compressor which effect the life amd operation of it significantly. Compressors are effected by;

  • The quality of the power source (voltages, available amperes, spikes and all other equipments in the same system causing different distortions or electrical noises),
  • Leak backs from Gound or not being properly grounded,
  • The pollution of the air in the environment (dirt contamination including but not limited the CO, S, SO gases due to exhaust of internal combustion engines as well as operations like plating or chemical processes)
  • Temperature and quantity of the ventilation air,
  • Running under direct sunlight or next to any other heat source like diesel engines, gensets, furnaces etc,
  • Having direct contact with water or any form of liquid which may cause shorcircuits, corrosion etc.

Some of those above effects may easily be recognized if compressors (/d series only) are connected long enough to the Us Air Compressor Servers. Such connection will also ensure compressor will have the right service at the right time so that compressor can perform at the best performance possible.
