Before proceeding any service,

• Get connected to the compressor with Smartcom App and update U.S. Air Compressor database according to compressor current situation.(valid for compressor which has the bluetooth connection option),
• Customer must buy all the parts to be purchased from U.S. Air Compressor,
• Customer must do the PM services missed,
• If the problem is to be resolved by performing the PM service and/or changing minor parts;
  • Customer must pay minimum 2 hours of service cost for the consultancy before any action to be taken. This amount may be increased by the service tech according to each and individual case.
  • A certified technician (electrical, mechanical or both) must be present during the time of service according to the nature of the problem. U.S. Air Compressor service tech must decide which person to be there. The cost of such person bears the owner of the compressor.
  • Necessary tools and devices must be available at the customer site.
  • Environment that compressor is installed must allow communication through phone without any problems. communication is the main need to solve any issue to help the customer;.
  • If it is not possible to diagnose the problem, it can be asked to ship the compressor to U.S. Air Compressor at either the USA location or the Canada location, however, it would be at the U.S. Air Compressor service techs discretion. The cost of shipping and diagnosing bears the compressor owner in both ways.
• If the problem can not to be resolved by performing the PM service and/or changing minor parts but requires change of major parts;
  • Customer must send the compressor to U.S. Air Compressor service location either at USA or Canada location chosen by the U.S. Air Compressor service tech. The cost of shipping and diagnosing bears the compressor owner in both ways.
