Minimum pressure compressor can run 102PSI (7Bars)

Running at lower pressure will cause oil carry over and oil spil inside the compressor. Use appropriate tank and if needed apply MPV depending on the application. (Autoclave, water treatment plants etc where it takes more than 2 to 3 minutes to reach 100PSI at the compressor outlet.

Maximum pressure compressor can run 175PSI (12Bars)

Should compressor run pressure higher than 150psi(10 bars) the working temperatures must be increased accordingly to avoid condensation.

Compressor can be set to run any pressure within 102PSI (7Bars) to 175PSI (12Bars) without any mechanical modification needed
  • From the compressor panel,
    • Push up or down arrow on the compressor display
    • The value shown will be changed. Display show the pressure set for compressor to maintain. Keep pushing ot start clicking the same button and the displayed pressure starts increasing (if up arrow button is pushed) or starts deecreasing (if down arrow button is pushed). Release the button when display shows the pressure you want to compressor constantly maintain in the system. The value shown on the display is in BARS. Click here to convert PSI to Bar.

  • From SmartCom app:
    • Run SmartCom application and connect to compressor,
    • Choose the units to be shown as pressure and temperature by tapping on the gauges on the app display,
    • Tap on the PSET
    • Enter the desired pressure to the filed on the pop up window.
    • Tap “OK”,
      It may take few seconds till the PSET is changed and reflected on the Smartcom App as PSET value.
