How to Set Serial Number on Type 3 Inverters

!Perform any service if;
• Person going to work on the compressor is CERTIFIED,
• Compressor is completely shut down and electrically isolated,
• All compressed air is discharged inside the compressor,
• Compressor is completely isolated from the compressed air system.

Type 3 inverter

In order to change the password registered on the compressor with type 3 inverters, please follow the procedure below:

• Stop the compressor and make sure it is powered,
• Hit the program button. If there are 5 zeros flashing enter the password. (please ask for password from U.S Air Compressor authorities),
  Only the number in the blinking digit can be changed. Use up or down arrows to change the number in the blinking digit. To change the digit blinking use the left arrow.
• P8.00 will be shown,
• Change P8.00 to P4.07,
• Enter the first 3 digit of the serial number,
• Hit enter key,
• Change P4.07 to P4.08,
• Enter the last 3 digit of the serial number,
• Hit enter key,
• Hit program button,
• Disconnect the app from the compressor if it is connected,
• Wait 3 seconds,
• Connect the App,
  Your new password must be registered on the Compressor

!Change Serial number registered on the compressor only if
• it is required by U.S. Air Compressor authorities
• if password is shown as 0 on the app after disconnecting and connecting 3 or more times to the compressor
• Password shown on the app does not match the password on the compressor name plate.

Before changing or assigning the password make sure the U.S. Air Compressor service department has been acknowledged.
