10 Year Warranty can be reinstated if;

  • Compressor is in the working condition. No major parts are about to fail or suspected by the U.S. Air Compressor service tech that it will fail. If compressor is not in working condition or working improper, service procedure for products with warranty is void must be followed
  • Product is installed as required in the user manual or as explained in this Knowledge Base. U.S. Air Compressor service tech must ask pictures of shipping the installation and the cleanliness of the compressor to prove compressor installed correctly.
  • All previous PM service parts are purchased and compressor serviced. If customer missed 3 services with 3 buckets of oil, 3 buckets of oil must still be used and customer needs to change the oil half of the intervals required in the manual. Hence if oil is to be changed every 3000 hours or 12 months, in such cases that customer missed 2 oil changes, 2 sets of oil and other accessories must be purchased and service must be performed with one set immediately and the other either at 1500 hours after or 6 months. So that compressor goes back to its original service schedule.
  • Minimum of 2 hours service must be charged as a fee to reinstate warranty on the particular compressor. This fee is not the service fee required for consultation explained at service procedure for products with warranty is void must be followed
