Fan is Not Working

!Perform any service if;
• Person going to work on the Compressor is CERTIFIED,
• Compressor completely shut down and electrically isolated,
• All compressed air is discharged inside the Compressor,
• Compressor is completely isolated from the compressed air system.

In /d and /x series VFD / VSD Compressors Fan starts when Compressor element temperature reaches to 185C (85C) and stops when temperature drops to 167F (75C). The Fan will not start automatically when Compressor runs if the Compressor element temperature is below 185C (85C).

If the Fan is not running, even if the element temperature is above 185F or 85C, the Compressor will shut down by the limits set for VSD / VFD Compressors

If Compressor stops due to high temperature error;
for VSD / VFD Compressors refer to over heating error
for /x series contactor driven compressor refer to discharge air temperature high.
