E27, E-28 codes are not same E-27, E28. The position of “-” at Error message is very important. If E-27 instead of E27or E28 instead of E-28 is displayed on the compressor display please click here.
Internal compressor temperature measured at the airend outlet, NOT the Ambient temperature measured by the compressor is below 40F (5C). Oil is not to viscous enough temperatures below 40F (5C) .
| Reason | Solution |

| OIL Temperature(Internal compressor temperature measured at the airend outlet) is too low inside the compressor | Heat the compressor by using a heater or a small bulb and increase the temperature of every part inside the compressor where oil is flowing above 40F (5C) |
| Temperature probe cables are cut or not in place where they should be attached at the controller board of the inverter. | Check if probe cables are connected tight to the terminals at the controller board. Make sure temperature probe cables are not cut or damaged. |
| Temperature probe is faulty | Check temperature shown on the SmartCom App. If it shows 32F (0C) take off the probe cables from the controller terminal and measure the resistance. if resistance is more than 1.5K Ohms or less than 500 Ohms probe is faulty. Change the probe |
