!In order to serve Us Air Compressor customers faster and better tin order to diagnose product related emails(subject or body part) or text message (body part of the picture sending not as a separate message) , compressor serial number must be written in the communication media.

If you do not schedule the service for your compressor, your compressor will schedule it for you!

Why PM, 10 years exchange warranty?

*U.S. AIR Compressor EXCHANGE warranty is 10 years for compressors.
NO labor is covered under warranty.

Warranty is valid if;

• Compressor is installed and used according to manual or U.S. Air Compressor written recommendation,
• All regular maintenance services are executed according to service schedule with the original part purchased from U.S. Air Compressor. (That includes all kind of lubricants).
  

During Warranty period, compressors are monitored continuously and get slowdown and/or stop (by themselves not by Us air compressor) against any possible damage occur .

*Warranty is transferrable by notifying U.S. Air Compressor in writing.

Should Warranty be transferred to another owner, New owner should provide

• Complete name,
• Shipping address,
• Invoicing address,
• Primary user email and mobile number (if not available company name and extension),
• A consent from the new owner stating he now owns the compressor and the date he purchased it
  are needed in writing.
  

Warranty is void if;

• Compressors are not installed according to user manual or according to this Knowledge Base site with the certified personnel
• Compressors are not used as explained in the user manual or according to this Knowledge Base site with the certified personnel,
• Compressors are not serviced with original U.S. Air Compressor PM parts on time.
• Compressors are not connected to U.S. Air Compressor Servers through Smartcom app more than 1 month. (Required for compressor equipped with Bluetooth devices)

Check procedure applied by U.S. Air Compressor for the products of which the warranty is void for any of the above reasons.

!If The Compressor or air dryer or the filters are the first screw compressor / air dryer / filter experience of the user or user has never performed the PM required before, It is a MUST to have the first service of each item to be performed by any local compressor service company. If the first service is performed by the owner who has no previous experience on screw compressor / dryer / filter servicing, the product warranty may be void and additional charges to fix the product may arise.
