How to measure voltages

!Perform any service if;
• Person going to work on the compressor is certified,
• Compressor completely shut down and electrically isolated
• All compressed air is discharged inside the compressor
• Compressor is completely isolated from the compressed air system.

!Never measure voltage in between Phase to Ground or neutral for inverter driven compressors. Always measure voltage in between PHASE to PHASE, R-S-T or L1-L2.

2 types of measurements are required.
Measure voltage and take a picture of each measurement at first when compressor is not running and if all voltages are within acceptable limits measure the voltages when compressor is running at full speed and at PSET (for inverter drive compressors) or at the max pressure compressor goes offload and take pictures.

Send the pictures of measurements to service@usaircompressor subject line being the serial number of the compressor send an SMS to +1-612-987-8933 with text of serial number of the compressor added. It is possible to send pictures as attachments to one email subject of email being only the serial number or multiple sms messages providing all the messages contain the serial number on the text part only.

!The Messages or emails without proper serial number entered will take a very long time to find and may even be obsolete in short period of time.
