Warranty Policy & Service Schedule for SOT (Scroll On Tank) Scroll Compressors

!If The Compressor or air dryer or the filters are the first screw or scroll compressor / air dryer / filter experience of the user or user has never performed the PM required before, It is a MUST to have the first service of each item to be performed by any local compressor service company. If the first service is performed by the owner who has no previous experience on screw or scroll compressor / dryer / filter servicing, the product warranty may be void and additional charges to fix the product may arise.

!Service times may vary according to
• Ambient temperature,
• Ambient moisture,
• Contamination of abrasive chemicals and pollutants
• Cleanliness of the environment
• Power input quality.
Indicated periods are based on a clean environment and free from any dirt and pollutants at max 10%F (35C) ambient conditions. Please consult U.S. Air Compressor to decide correct periodicals according to each individual installation characteristics.

Scroll On Tank (SOT) compressors are engineered for reliability and long-term performance. To protect your investment and maintain peak efficiency, it is essential to follow the prescribed maintenance schedule and ensure the compressor operates in proper environmental conditions.

The SOT scroll compressor is covered under warranty for five years or 6,000 operating hours , whichever comes first

To maintain warranty eligibility, all preventive maintenance must be performed using genuine OEM parts as specified in the service schedule

Service Schedule for SOT compressors.

• Every 1,000 hours or every 6 months – Replace air filters.

• Every 2,000 hours or every 3 months – Grease the motor

• Every 3,000 hours or every 12 months – Replace seals.
