!Values above are to be considered as compressor need. A Certified Electrician is to use below values to design the safest wiring for the products according to local, federal codes. If products are not connected by the certified electrician, all warranty for the products will be void.
!220V Single Phase compressor input voltage Min. 215V Max. 230V at 60HZ
220V 3 Phase compressor input voltages Min. 208V Max. 230V at 60HZ
380V 3 Phase compressor input voltages Min. 370V Max. 415V at 50HZ
480V 3 Phase compressor input voltages Min. 460V Max. 505V at 60HZ
All voltages must be measured Phase to Phase not Phase to Ground.
Voltage measured when compressor running at full speed and pressure being at PSET (for /d series compressors) , Unload pressure (for /x series compressors)value must be higher than Min. Voltage allowed. Voltages measured when compressor is in STOP must be lower than the Max. Allowed voltage.
!Measure the input voltages in between power line inputs. Do NOT use ground during voltage measurements.
For 3 phase units, measure voltages in between. Make sure voltage is balanced in between phases by less than 2% variation in between phases.
L1-L2, (R – T),
L2-L3, (T – S),
L1-L3. (R – S)
For single phase units, measure voltages in between L1-L3.
